AWS Internal Enterprise Tool
Project: AWS Site Merchandising uses this new enterprise tool for creating online ad content & deploying targeted marketing campaigns to AWS users.

Persona Journey Maps
I created a persona for the users who have full admin privileges & are responsible for both creating content and bringing their marketing campaigns online.
These responsibilities could become specialized in the future, with different users focusing on content creation or marketing campaigns. To account for this, I reverse-engineered six additional personas from the original.
