AWS Internal Enterprise Tool

Project: AWS Site Merchandising uses this new enterprise tool for creating online ad content & deploying targeted marketing campaigns to AWS users.

Design goals: Design UI/UX for creating marketing content & creating targeted marketing campaigns.

Tools used: Sketch, InVision

Deliverables: Visual/UI designs, user flows, UI components, personas

Persona Journey Maps

  • I created a persona for the users who have full admin privileges & are responsible for both creating content and bringing their marketing campaigns online.

  • These responsibilities could become specialized in the future, with different users focusing on content creation or marketing campaigns. To account for this, I reverse-engineered six additional personas from the original.
